  • Payment is to be received over PayPal within 24 hours of sending an invoice. I will not proceed with the drawing until the payment is made. (Be sure to use Goods and Services if you are paying me without an invoice)

  • I will only accept United States Dollars as payment. 

​

  • Once the payment has been made, I will send you a sketch for you to verify if it is okay with me to continue the drawing. This is the ONLY time you can ask for major corrections (such as body changes, pose, expressions, extra details, etc.) otherwise you may only ask for MINOR corrections after the sketch if I had made a mistake.

​

  • The artwork is to not be used commercially or to claim it as your own work. (However, you may use it as an icon or banner! Credit is appreciated!)

​

  • I will provide a refund if I take too long on a piece or fail to complete it due to outside circumstances. 

​

  • Depending on the complexity of the commission, the queue time of other commissions, and my overall outside life, commissions may take a few days to a few weeks to complete. 

​

  • You are free to ask me about progress shots but please refrain from asking too often. 

​

  • You may repost the commission anywhere AS LONG as you provide credit to me. (a link to my Twitter page/ @_Kyuukon will suffice!)

​

  • I work best when given specific ideas, while having some artistic freedom is nice, giving me specificity helps me with direction and ensures I provide you with the exact idea that you commission me for.

​

  • When commissioning me, please provide a VISUAL description of your character. (a ref sheet, other art of them, etc.), a visual reference for the pose you want. (It won't be exact but it tremendously helps with coming up with a pose). While a visual reference for the outfit is definitely helpful, you don't need to provide one and just a text description will be fine.
